A wrinkle treatment and dermal fillers are both popular treatments for addressing wrinkles and enhancing facial aesthetics, but they work differently. This is a neurotoxin that temporarily relaxes muscles, reducing the appearance of dynamic wrinkles (wrinkles caused by muscle movement), typically in the upper face. Dermal fillers, on the other hand, are injectable gels that add volume to areas with static wrinkles and loss of facial volume, often in the lower face. During your consultation, our experts will assess your unique needs and recommend the most suitable option based on your goals.
We offer Jeuveau and Daxxify. Daxxify costs more than Jeuveau, but it has a quicker onset of action, and it lasts longer.
We use the RHA fillers, or Resilient Hyaluronic Acid fillers, which are a type of dermal filler designed to address signs of aging in the skin. What sets RHA fillers apart from traditional hyaluronic acid fillers is their unique formulation and ability to provide a more natural and dynamic result.
- Hyaluronic Acid (HA) Base: Like other dermal fillers, RHA fillers are composed of hyaluronic acid, a natural substance found in the skin that helps retain moisture and provides volume. HA fillers are widely used to add volume and reduce the appearance of wrinkles and folds.
- Dynamic Wrinkle Correction: RHA fillers are specifically designed to adapt to the dynamic movements and expressions of your face. This means that they can maintain their flexibility and provide a more natural look and feel even when you smile, frown, or make other facial expressions. Traditional fillers may not adapt as well to these movements.
- Various Formulations: RHA fillers come in different formulations, such as RHA 2, RHA 3, and RHA 4. These formulations vary in their thickness and viscosity, making them suitable for different areas of the face and different levels of correction. For example, RHA 2 is often used for fine lines and delicate areas, while RHA 4 is used for deeper wrinkles and facial contours.
- Long-Lasting Results: RHA fillers are known for providing long-lasting results. They are designed to maintain their effects for a significant duration, typically up to 12-15 months, depending on the specific product used and individual factors.
- Safety Profile: RHA fillers have a good safety profile when administered by trained and experienced medical professionals. Like other HA fillers, they are biocompatible and reversible, meaning that their effects can be adjusted or dissolved if necessary.
- Treatment Areas: RHA fillers can be used to address various cosmetic concerns, including smoothing wrinkles and lines, restoring volume in the cheeks, enhancing lips, and improving facial contours. They are versatile and can be tailored to meet individual aesthetic goals.
